HDPVR and HDHomeRun channel listings

I've been working late at night the last few days to get my SageTV setup working and I'm mostly happy except for a strange issue. The HDHomeRun is set to use a digital OTA lineup but is configured for QAM. The channels from that lineup show up as 4-1, 5-1, etc. The HDPVR connected to my verizon FIOS STB is showing normal channel numbers starting at 2 and going up in to the 1800s. The odd thing is, the channels on the HDPVR that correspond to the same channels that the HDHomeRun is using, in this example 504 and 505, DON'T SHOW UP IN THE GUIDE. I've double checked channel setup to make sure they are enabled, which they are, so I'm a bit perplexed... Also is there any way to tell which tuner is being used or to change tuners when watching live TV?

This is explained in the SageTV PDF manual, which should have been installed with SageTV. In it, check chapter 3's section titled "Program Guide". There is a note starting on p. 47 that covers what you described.
