Error Playing a Ripped DVD

Hi Guys,

I'm using STV perfectly with avi movie rips. I have a couple full DVD rips that I'm unable to get working. I get the message below when trying to view them. Any suggestions?

There was an error playing "DVD Name":
ERROR (-19): There is no MediaPlayer that can playback the selected file.

Note:
"DVD Name" is the folder that the DVD ripped files are in.
Since the message asks for a Media Player, I installed Power DVD thinking that maybe it installs something in the background for this to work. But that didn't resolve the issue.

Sounds like a codec issue to me.

I did see that thread, but I do not see a place in detailed setup where I can configure the DVD decoder.

Oh, nevermind. I found it. I'll try to change it soon. Gotta get the kids ready for bed.

That fix did not work. But surprisingly enough, I went back to the old standby of reinstalling some codecs.

After reinstalling it, and a reboot, DVD's work just fine. I'm not really sure why that worked, but it did.
