"Archived" shows re-appearing on recordings list?

Look under Details ... Customize look for "Automatically add converted Videos to Data base"

Wouldn't that mean that if I add a Movie/Episode to my Imported Video folders that it would not fetch and store information about it?
I want the information in the database I just don't want it in the recordings folder.
I think I have found the setting to change though...
I go into "VIDEOS" from the main menu and under "Menu Options" --> "Advanced Options" is this setting:
"TV Recordings in Import Directories are:"
It was defaulted to "Recordings". I un-archived all of the videos, changed this setting to "Imports", removed all my Imported Video directories from Sage, re-entered them and they were finally in the right place...

You found the setting I was thinking of just couldn't remember it. nyplayer's setting controls how the videos are treated that SageTV's transcoder produces but it could have other affects that I don't know about so didn't comment - but it didn't sound like what I remembered.

reinstalled Sage and having this problem again.
How can I perform an action (delete, unarchive etc...) on a whole Grouping?
When I highlight the group on the left and perform the action it only does it for the first video in the grouping...

Are you sure you don't have a single video highlighted on the right? I would have thought it would affect them all. When I highlight a group of recordings on the recordings list and use "Archive all" it archives them all. I would have thought the same principle was used everywhere - but maybe not.
