Converting Windows setup to MAC

Hi,
I'm getting ready to move over from a Windows Vista setup to a MAC. The channel changing seems ok as I'm running Direct TC serial. But are there any hints/instructions on how to get my currently recorded shows as well as the channel setup transferred over from the Vista setup to the MAC (or do I start all over?)

Thanks

Thanks,
My biggest concern was the ability to keep the channel settings without having to go through each individual channel (there are Way to many channels on DirectTV.) Is there a file that keeps this listing where I could just move it? It seems I can just copy the shows over to the new drive and have Sage rescan them, so this should be no problem.
I'll be changing over this weekend so I'll post how it went.
