What if Zap2It EPG is wrong to begin with?

I can tune Madison, WI OTA ATSC channels 57-2 and 57-2, WBUWDT and WBUWDT2, respectively.

They show the same guide info as each other, but 57-2, if tuned, shows a completely different program in 480i.

I went to the Zap2It website and they show the same error if I enter a Madison, WI zip code to get that lineup.

How does one go about reporting this? In Sage forums? Or to Zap2It directly?

Thank you - I missed that FAQ. I emailed them and they emailed me right back. I pointed out their guide page and Sage had incorrect listings for a secondary digital channel. They asked for all pertinent info. I gave them the name/address of the channel and their phone number and website.

Sadly, when I tried to access their stations' program guide on their own channels' homepage, I got warned by a provider that the station had been using their lineup info in a manner they were not authorized to, and they recorded my IP address. Wow, thanks a lot WBUW DT Madison, WI....

Anyway, thanks for the reply. Maybe Zap can get some correct program info out of them.
