EPG Updates to Zap2It

I sent an email to the info@sagetv.com address on Friday about new channels Cox Cable has rolled out in my area. How long does it generally take for those updates to become available?

With Charter locally, it has been between 24hours and 3 days for the new channels to be in the guide.

It's been almost a week since Cox enabled those channels and they still haven't showed up on Zap2It.

As of now Zap2It still hasn't updated their EPG for the new channels! I even emailed them myself and haven't heard anything back from them. This is nuts! It's been a little more than two weeks since I originally emailed and it still has yet to be changed.

My email to them was never acknowledged, or responded to.

They may just be busy with the digital transition. Looks like they finally added the new channels Friday afternoon.

They must be very busy (understandably). I emailed them on Tuesday evening and received a reply (asking for more info) late Wednesday night. I imagine they are finally getting caught up, since it only took them ~1 day to respond to me.
