WHS Storage Pool Access

Just curious if any of you know if there is a problem with accessing files on a WHS in the storage pool through the D drive? I've got DTB and SAV1 running on my WHS and I'm thinking it might be more efficient to not use UNC paths.

I wouldn't do it. Or at least I wouldn't be the first to do it. Seems like it could confuse the drive pool and migrator by using the drive behind its back.
