Please advise what I would need...
For hardware & software licenses what would I need to make SageTV work on the following setup?
Server computer (shared PC with all the movies, photos and music) “NO Live TV” 1 Projector 1 Living Room LCD TV 1 Bedroom LCD TV T H A N K S |

At a bare minimum, you would need three HD-200s in stand-alone mode. You could add a server. Some people have had issues if they have a few a large number of songs. Having a server may give you some more options, but it may not be necessary.

Correct, if all you are doing is browsing/playing back files, you do not need any software. Just set the folder they are in to be shared, and add their paths to the HD-200's library (HD-200 will be running in 'Stand-alone' mode).
