Question Please advise what I would need...

For hardware & software licenses what would I need to make SageTV work on the following setup?

Server computer (shared PC with all the movies, photos and music) “NO Live TV”

1 Projector
1 Living Room LCD TV
1 Bedroom LCD TV

If you intend to use the DVR aspect of SageTV: at the very least, you'll need SageTV Media Center software for the server computer and three SageTV HD Theater (HD200) media extenders. For DVR functions you'll need additional hardware depending on what your TV source is (OTA, cable, satellite, etc).

If you don't need the DVR aspect of SageTV then you can use three SageTV HD Theater media extenders in standalone mode to get the movies, music, and photos from the server machine to the three TV locations. No other software/licenses required.

At a bare minimum, you would need three HD-200s in stand-alone mode. You could add a server. Some people have had issues if they have a few a large number of songs. Having a server may give you some more options, but it may not be necessary.

So we do not have any Live TV at all only movies, photos and music so all we need are 3 of these?

SageTV HD Theater
Code: STPHD200
Price: $179.95

And NO software or do we need to buy SageTV Media Center to share the movies, photos and music with all the STPHD200 boxes?

Correct, if all you are doing is browsing/playing back files, you do not need any software. Just set the folder they are in to be shared, and add their paths to the HD-200's library (HD-200 will be running in 'Stand-alone' mode).
