Please pull from

following:

s5h1409: provide HVR-1600 specific optimizations
s5h1409: properly handle QAM optimization after lock achieved
mxl5005s: provide ability to override QAM gain for HVR-1600
s5h1409: remove a set register that would cause lock to be lost

If you run QAM in linux, you can now pull the drivers from the development tree.
