Hauppauge HVR-1800 PCI-E 1X and Clear QAM

I just bought a Hauppauge HVR-1800 and I have the newest version of sage installed (6_3_10) In the source select menu I get two selections
"Hauppauge WinTv 885 Video Capture" and
"Hauppauge WinTv 885 TS Capture"

The video capture is the analog tuner and the TS capture is the ATSC tuner. How do enable the clear QAM? Did I install the proper drivers? I downloaded the newest drivers from Hauppauges site (Which also installed WinTV and all of their programs)Also probably a stupid question I have three F jacks on the back of the card (FM, CATV,ANT) Which one do I use for clear QAM I'm thinking CATV but I'm not sure (I bought the card OEM so I did not get any instructions with it)

You will probably want to grab the latest software for this card from the Hauppauge website and install the WinTV software to verify that you can receive clear-QAM and how many.

Then try this Thread:
