How does sage decide between tuners

I have a whs server listed below. My setup now consists of an hdhr and 2 hdpvrs with two hd cable boxes. I notice lately that sage always seems to use the hdpvr attached to my cable boxes when the hdhr is available. The only reason I am asking why it is not choosing the hdhr is because it changes channel in a 1/4 of the time it takes my cable boxes to change the channel.

So does anyone know how sage chooses the available tuners? My tuners are listed like this

tuner1=hdhr
tuner2=hdhr
tuner3=hdpvr
tuner4=hdpvr

I've noticed that sage chooses based on the alpha-numeric sort of your tuners. What I haven't figured out, is there a way to change this order?
