I can't decide.

I am going to get SageTV Media Center and am very confused on which tuner(s) to get. I either would get:
1) HDHomerun (for QAM off cable)
and
2) ? for non-HD cable channels

or

3) WinTV-HVR-1800 board, model 01129

My pc has an Intel D 930 Pressler 3.0 cpu and 2 gb Memory, etc... I have Brighthouse cable with a SA8300HD cable box.

Any recommendations would truly be appreciated. I want to get this setup and ready for the HD Extender just ordered, but not here yet.
Thanks.

It all depends, personally I'd probably go with something like the PVR500. So then you'lll have 2 HD tuners and 2 analog ones. However.. the HVR will add another HD tuner & an analog one. If you watch a lot of sitcoms and such most will probably be on the "HD channels", so the HVR might be a better choice.
