MVP restarting!

I am at my wits end with this! I replaced my motherboard and reinstalled everything and all is working great except my MVP keeps restarting. I have checked everything and the log is saying

Wed 10/14 14:20:40.157 [MiniUIClientReceiver@13d8fb0] Exception in the MiniUIClientReceiver of: java.io.EOFException

I have set a static ip on the server and I am running sage as a service. I have used the default stv and uninstalled and reinstalled everything. Anyone have any ideas?

Does it seem to occur every 10 mins.? If so, it is probably an IP address conflict.

I can not find any ip conflict everything is set correctly as far as I can tell. It might work for 30 seconds or 1 hour but never more than that.

this is my sage.properties section
miniserver/automvp=true
miniserver/clients=MVP/00\:0d\:fe\:00\:86\:df/192.168.0.4;MVP/00\:0f\:22\:00\:06\:3f/192.168.0.6
miniserver/delay_between_connections=20000
miniserver/forced_server_ip=192.168.0.2
miniserver/gateway=192.168.0.1

My router is 192.168.0.1 and the computer with sagetv is 192.168.0.2
the first mvp is listed on the router with that ip. My router I can not assign ip's but it never mattered before. My router lists those ip's and then the MVP's will just shut off and I have to unplug it and plug it back in and it might get 30 min or so and then it turns off again. If anyone knows what the logs really mean let me know and I can post it. Thanks a lot.

What version of Sage are you running? It sounds like it could be a very old issue but it was fixed ages ago.
