Question how to go to the top of lists?

I very much like the fact that all the lists 'remember' where you were the last time you were there, so that in Sage recordings the last selected recording is still highlighted, but it can be a bit difficult to get to the top of a list, such as in the scheduled recordings list (just holding down UP doesn't help with the list wrapping enabled!)...
Is there a simple way to get to the top of these lists?

Page up/Page down will take you one screen at a time. While it is not imediate, it is faster than up/down. It would be nice if you could enter the index and press ENTER, just like the TV Guide screen. You may want to file a support request for an enhancement.

It would be nice if they made it go back to the top of all lists once sage is put to sleep
kind of a general reset
or may be using the back button to return to topof lists before entering the prior menu
in the guide you would have to at current time though inorder for this to work
if you skipped ahead a hour or so
back would still need to go back in time first before going to the start of the guide
