Couple of questions

How do you page down through a long list with a MVP? Is it the same on a HD200? When I go into music I have a *very* long list of album or artist names. If I want to get toward the bottom fast how do I do it?

Also, if I start watching a recording on an extender in room A and then move to another extender in room B, it seems to start the show over assuming I am a different person and want to watch from the beginning. Is there a setting where it will just resume from the last point watched no matter what extender you go to?

Also, while watching a show on an extender, how would I just play from the beginning? On WMC there are restart as well as resume options. However I don't seem to see those on Sage.

Thanks in advance!

Haven't figured out #1 here either.

Mine does that -- I stop a show in one room and go to another room -- it starts where I left off...

Are you running in server mode? I'm running off a WHS server. I think that might be the difference.

Do you stopped the playback on extender A before moving to extender B (no just pause)?

What remote are you using? You should be able to use the channel up/down buttons as page up/down in menus. Or, try entering a number to jump to certain letters. If the hidden extras are enabled, entering numbers can filter by what you type.

SageTV should automatically be tracking how much of a show is watched. What STV are you using? Are there any customizations affecting the watched status of recordings?

If you stop in the middle on one extender & then start playback again on the same extender, does it resume where you stopped?

SageTV will resume where you left off unless the show is fully watched or not watched at all, in which cases, it will start from the beginning. One quick way to start a partially watched show from the beginning is to use the Watched command before starting playback.
