HD200 - New issue ... any thoughts?

Ok fellas I have been working on the setup and have run into a new issue (first time)

Setup

Server running Windows Vista Ultimate 64
(2) 8TB Raid 10 Arrays (i.e. a total of 16TBs in the machine)
Sage TV
(3) HD200 Extenders
Server has over 1000 DVDs on it (or more as I have never counted)
All wiring in the home is new Cat 5e and the it was rated and tested by Certified techs with specialized equipment so I know it's not a cabling issue.

This past w/e I started working to get ripped BRs running on the system. Until then I NEVER had a problem with setup and was even running a very old 2008 firmware.

I upgraded to the 20090505 firmware on all 3 and changed out my network switches to something better everything seemed fine. BR playback was even working pretty well (every once and a while a freeze or stutter ... mostly when I tried to skip ahead or back).

Now tonight I have serious issues across the board even with regular old DVD rips.

Some rips won't even play
Some rips lock up part way through and then start up again 20 mins further into the movie
Some rips act like they are playing but nothing shows on the screen then all after about 1 min they jump 1/3 or more through the movie and play fine

I have checked many of the rips and they play perfectly on the server with the Sage software AND they perfectly using DVD shrink playing them from the server drive (ie over the network).

It is really odd behavior that I have not seen before.

DVDs are ripped by AnyDVD to the HDD first and DVDShrink is used to pull just the movie and audio track off with NO compression. This is then transferred to the server.

I have tried other firmwares and get the same behavior.

I welcome any ideas that you guys may have.

Thanks in advance.

Greg

Have you tried to just play the ripped DVD folder without using DVD shrink to determine if DVD shrink is the problem?

Yes the ripped file(s) play perfectly everywhere but except when using the HD200s.

Plays fine in DVDshrink, VideoRedo, PowerDVD, Sage TV software etc. I have tested the file both when sitting on my computer and when it is sitting on the server and being pulled across the network for playback.
