Horizontal Line in recordings
I use HDHomerun tuners and occasionally the top of the screen has a white raster line. I know this is video info transmitted and is usually never seen because of the overscan on a typical TV. Right now I'm using a large SD CRT as my TV. I cannot get rid of this line with the Sage overscan setup. Even if I adjust so the top of menus is missing, the line is still present in the playback window of recordings.
Is there a way to adjust for this? Also most annoying is a large portion of HD content is 4:3 shown in 16:9 with side masks. When you watch on a 4:3 TV you get a 4:3 picture with 4 large black borders. Is there a way to "zoom" the image in Sage? Aspect ratio does not work. Most HDTVs have large numbers of screen options but this is quite annoying on an SD set and it would be nice to have a fix in the software for it.

SageTV's Overscan Settings option is for the UI; for video playback adjustment, use the Aspect Ratio Settings, unless playback is done on an HD extender, in which case adjust a custom Aspect Ratio mode on the playback menu.
