Cable box question

My MOTO cable box died and Comcst replaced it with a Comcast or Pace RNG 110

Well after trying to set this STB with Sage I cannot get any channel changer set ups to work.

I tried to set up the USB-UIRT several times it seemed to work and accept codes from STB supplied remote but it wouldn't change channals.

I also tried HDPVR IR blaster and it wouldn't work ( couldn't find any code that worked)

My set up is Sage 6.6 on WHS trying to control HDPVR

Not sure this new STP will ever work with SAGE

Have to tried using IRHelper? If you have other cable box remotes, you might try those too.

Recently, I upgraded my cable box from a DCT6200/2005 box to a DCX3200/7385/003 box. The remote control supplied with the DCX3200 could not be detected by the USB-UIRT with SageTV or the IRHelper program. I tried using the old remote control for the DCT6200. The old remote control could change the channels on the newer DCX3200 and worked with the USB-UIRT with IRHelper and SageTV.
