Install fails w/ ubuntu

I'm trying to install sagetv 6.6.2 on Ubuntu Server 8.10. It's running as a VM on my main sagetv server so I can test it out under linux(running it right now in WHS). When trying to install I get this:

Nevermind. Apparently I have to buy the linux version before I can install it.

I have the same issue, but not in a vm, it's a physically server ...
Can you give me a hint???
