Maybe. I dunno how far I'd get. I doubt there's anything in the subscriber agreement that says "guaranteed to work with Sage TV using a USBUirt."

I actually have an older rear-projection TV in the basement that supports 720p, so it's not a total loss.

Which is why you describe it as "Every time I enter a channel I subscribe to, the box say I don't subscribe to it."

That should get their attention. Play dumb that you don't know you can get there through the guide.

Then they say, "Where gonna send out a tech". The tech comes and spends the next 3 hours ofyour day on the phone with the same CS people you talk with, Replaces the box twice, and the switch twice also. All to just have them say "Im Stumped, You should buy the HD package".

Not like I have been thru this before.
