Controlling 3 Directv receivers?

Did a search ont his but couldn't find much.

Is this possible? Would I have to get three different Directv receivers in order to do it?

I have only controled 2 receivers at most, currently. I have seen a few post that people have had success with more. I would assume the easiest way to accomplish this would be to make sure that you can control the receivers by the low data port in the back.(Some direcTV receivers lack this capability)Then just add a PCI serial card (if you are short serial connections) tell Sage to control the boxes through the com ports. Thats should be all it takes. I have heard a good combo is 1 pvr350 card and 2 pvr250 cards. this combo is good for the OSD function in Sage2
