HD-PVR crashes Sage on Setup
OK, Long time Sage User here just added (or am trying to add) a HDPVR.
I have installed using the latest drivers, I'm on Sage 6.5.19 on Win XP with quad core AMD and 4GB ram. When I install the HDPVR it installs fine. When I then go into Sage and go to Add Capture Device - it shows the HDPVR and I select it. When I then chose Component it shows ok, when I hit next Sage disappears and closes itself..... What did I do wrong? Thanks

Did you reboot your server after installing the drivers and before configuring in Sage? Are you on at least SP2 if not SP3 and with updates? Have you tried testing the HDPVR with the Arcsoft software first to make sure it works? DI dyou try to configure it on the server or from a Sage client?
