Hauppauge MediaMVP 01000

I have a Hauppauge MediaMVP 01000 connected to my SageTV v5 system. I haven't used the MediaMVP in a year or so. Recently we had a power outage for 22 hours. When I got everything back up, the MediaMVP is not working. Initially, the power light was blinking 2-3 times when I pressed the Power button (green) on the remote. I read the forums for a while and assigned a fixed IP address to the MediaMVP, power-cycled the MediaMVP and rebooted the SageTV server.

After this the power light on the MediaMVP cycled as expected but I didn't get any video out of the MediaMVP.

I went over to the SageTV box and found that the properties file in the client folder was being updated (timestamp was tonight).

Also, I can ping the IP address that I had assigned to the MediaMVP. Interestingly the ping works regardless of the power status of the MediaMVP.

Where do I go from here?
