Nope. The closest thing you could come to something like the HDHomerun over the network, would be to setup a second computer to be a Network Encoder. However, this does require a second Sage license and would use a considerable more amount of power (since it is a full computer and not just a device using a small wallwart). If you need an external device, you might try a USB tuner. With the digital switch eventually occurring on even the cable systems, anything that tunes NTSC only is a dying breed.

Take a look at this, I have the non-tuner version "Platinum" I use for component capture from cablebox and it is as reliable as my HDHR's. Once you setup it up, it just works.
http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/down...do=file&id=191 After NTSC is gone you can use the video/component inputs for cablebox For channel change you would also need Jason's Channel changer plugin. Jason may be able to give you better insight on the builtin tuner. He's been very helpful to me. Last edited by Graygeek; 06-16-2009 at 09:05 AM. |

Which USB tuner for WHS would you guys recommend? I'm trying to get to the point where I can move my server from my regular box to my headless WHS box. I still need analog channels, along with an HDHomerun.
