How to set up EPG?

OK, I have read the manual, but do not see my issue covered. Here goes - I am using a PVR-150 with IR blaster to control a Set top box. The PVR150 is, therefore, always tuning / recording channel 3. Sage seems to understand this arrangement pretty well for all channels up to 100. So, I would like to map the few channels >100 that I would watch, but have no way of determining the Zap2it station name in order to get the listings for these channels. I scoured the Zap2it website and couldn't find any references to station names and since sage isn't tuning the channels I don't have a .FRQ file to crib from.

This is very likely a common problem since Comcast is forcing a switch to digital, surely someone has run up against this wall?

I moved your post out of a topic about QAM EPG data because you aren't using a QAM tuner.

You shouldn't need to do any remapping. Since you are using a cable STB, just configure the tuner & choose your cable provider's lineup as shown around pages 154 -156 in the SageTV PDF manual, which is installed with SageTV. If your channel lineup isn't showing anything about around channel 100, then you probably didn't select the correct provider -- see if there is one that says 'Digital' after your cable company name.

Smile Right you are

Thanks heaps, That was exactly the issue... I selected the wrong version of digital cable (basic instead of extended).

Big Thanks!
