Watching other media files
Hi,
I have just tried, for the first time, to use Sage to play back imported videos. However, the test files I have copied over are not showing up, they are avi's and mkvs. I have searched to try and find posts giving details on how to import videos but I couldnt find any with basic information. Could someone please post some links so I can read up on what codecs are supported and also what else I might be doing wrong. Thanks, Simon.

Do you mean the files aren't listed as part of the imported videos or what? If the files are in your video import dir(s), they should be getting imported when a new library scan is done. If you don't have it set to rescan periodically, you'll need to manually start a scan. If the scan is done, then check the extensions listed for this property: seeker/video_library_import_filename_extensions.
