Digital lineup changed

I have been running v4.x on a couple of systems for a few years now without problems, but recently (perhaps yesterday) the designations for my digital channels have changed. They now appear in my guide by their logical designations (4-1, 6-1) rather than their "actual tuned" designations (14, 13). This causes a couple of problems: I can no longer directly enter channel numbers in the guide and attempts to tune the digital channels from the guide produces errors. I can map the primary channels to their old designations, but don't know how or if I can do the same for the subchannels. For example, I can map 6-1 to channel 13 for those tuners, but would like to do a corresponding mapping for 6-2.

Any help or reference to threads in solving these problems would be greatly appreciated.

I remapped the channels without any subchannel designations and the tuning works.
