2 hauppauge cards seems to conflict

Hi All,
I have a new problem after adding a new card ( HVR-1100 ( 94xx ) ) to my current configuration running with HVR-3000 and sagetv 6.5 + sageMC.
the cards are detected fine but the analog on the HVR-3000 does not work any more I get a blue screen when I try to zap.
when I try to configure the second card by the "add new source menu" and then select the the capture device.
a pop up screen is showde stating "Please wait loading video preview" and it stay for ever ( I left running over night yesterday ). also this pop up is showed twice , the first time as soon as you press enter to select to the capture device. then disappear for a very short time and appear again.
I tried some tricks that I have found on the forum like pressing the esc button, changing the direct show filter but no luck.
any suggestion are welcome, does any body know if these 2 card can co exist together in sagetv?
