Dish Network USA, New Viacom HD channels missing

So I've been waiting for the new Viacom HD channels (Spike HD, CMT HD, Comedy Central HD, VH1 HD, MTV HD, and NIK HD) to show up under the Dish Network USA listings, but I don't see it yet. The channels have been active for about a week and a half. Anyone have any idea on when / if they will be added?

I was able to tune some of the new HD channels by simply adding the non-HD channels. The STB will pull in the HD channels instead. So select channel 107 for Comedy Central, 166 for CMTV, 168 for Spike, etc, etc.

Let them know what channels are missing. They usually add the missing channels really fast once notified.
Always worked for me with C-band aka the BIG dish


C-band is almost dead
