Logitech Support

Just have to post this...

I have a Harmony 880 remote that is one of the first productions with the charging problems. From what I read on various forums, it was a design flaw. I tried it for a couple months, got frustrated, and threw it in a box. Now, 4 years later, I have the HD200 and a decent low end home theater set-up, I tried to set it up again, obviously with the same results. Since I never tried to resolve the issue from when I bought it, I asked a simple question if the updated cradle was available. They tried to help me with my current remote but couldn't. Since they couldn't do anything because it was out of warranty, they offered a 50% discount on any remote they have on their web store. Now is that customer service or what!!!

I forgot about your 50% off deal. $125 would be just about impossible to beat anywhere.

I have 3 880's I got refurbed from Newegg for $89 each about 4 mos. ago. The Stop button fell off of one of them so I went thru their web support and they mailed me a new one no questions asked and told me to just throw away the old one.
