HDHR Sage EPG missing one channel?

Just updated software on HDHR and Sage, and lost all my HDHR channels somehow. Following the instructions got me back in the ball park. Here's what I did:

Remove tuners
Shutdown Sage service
Deleted .scn / .fqn files from Sage/sage
Deleted HDHR .xml file form Allusers/Silicondust
Ran HDHR scan ... all channel names and numbers match zap2it
Hit apply to write .scn
Added tuner

Everything remapped great except for one channel...the third ATSC PBS. It's enabled, but no guide data for some reason.

Is it possible that sage is getting different epg data than what's on the zap2it website?

Here's the channel in the .scn file:

CH:9 major:7 minor:3 prog:3 phy:7 frq:175250000 mod:0 #:WITVDT3

and in the .xml file:

Seems like they match to me.... Any ideas?

Maybe the channel is OTA-only. See this FAQ:

Some of my channels have no Program Guide data, but other channels do and their data is getting updated. Why do some channels have no data?
