Miccing Comcast from the EPG options in Bay Area
Hi guys,
This is my first try at a PVR, so if I omit anything, let me know in order to help diagnose the problem. I just installed SageTV_V6_5_9 on a Win XP SP2 system. Everything went fine except I'm not getting the option to get EPG data for a Comcast Box. Is there any reason for this? I have been searching the forums and it seems other users have comcast with not problems. I tried using the Directv EPG but all the channels are wrong of course. SageTV_V6_5_9 Win XP sp2 AMD x2 4200 Asus A8N-SLI-DLX 2 Gigs Corsair DDR RAM Geforce 6800GT

If you enter your zip code in SageTV while configuring the program guide data and your provider isn't listed, but that provider is listed on Zap2it's site, then see the bottom of this FAQ regarding how to report the EPG problem to SageTV.
