Does SageTV read photo EXIF data?
I'm currently using VMC and one of the real irritants is that it doesn't read EXIF data in photos. As a result, many of our 10k+ photos don't orient correctly, and I still haven't figured out how VMC calculates the date (it is neither the photo date or modification date).
I did a search, and it seems that Sage may have many of the same issues. Can someone clarify for me? Thanks, Mike

During the v6.4 beta, one fo the changes as "EXIF metadata/thumbnail support for JPEGs". You could use the SageTV trial to see if it does what you want.
