Losing first 75-120 seconds of some programs

Hi all-

I've been using my current setup (see sig) successfully for the last couple of months and haven't really changed anything on the machine since it's working well. But sometime over the last week or two some of my programs have been starting their recordings anywhere from 75 seconds to two minutes late.

I can't really find a pattern for this. It happens with shows at a variety of priority levels, including my number 1 priority show. It also happens with Sage suggestions. It seems to happen at all times of day and night. But it doesn't happen with *every* show, although I can't figure out a pattern driving shows with the gap.

My computer clock is in sync with the cable box clock. My high-priority shows are all set to record on time and end on time. In fact, I think I have all of my shows set to record on time and end on time.

Any suggestions?
