Vertical Blank Data at Top of Screen?
Hi,
Anyone out there seeing the couple of lines at the top of the screen showing the vertical blank data coming through? Generally a set of shifting, random white and black patterns. I am using a standard old analog TV with S-Video. I can't seem to set anything to overscan so I don't see these lines. And it only happens on certain broadcasts, I guess probably ones that have CC data. It is sometimes annoying. If anyone has dealt with this successfully, please share. Thanks.
