Anybody using a Gyration mce remote?

I have a gyration mce remote that I use to control sage and other apps on my pc using eventghost (awesome software) and eventghost won't recognize some of my buttons. I think this is because it is also a learning/universal remote and those buttons are for my ir devices instead of the rf usb module that comes with the remote.

Anybody have any ideas how I could get my pc to recognize these buttons?

I don't have the mce remote but a good friend of mine does, also a SageTV user. Anyway my gyration shows multiple HID device IDs so your buttons may be on another device.

Do you have the HID service running?

Some stuff is blocked from EventGhost by Windows.

Does the gyrationo work with eventghost with the HID service disabled?

I do have the hid service running and without it eventghost doesn't recognize the gyration. There are about 4 or 5 hid devices that come up in eventghost. I diddn't know that some buttons were on other devices. Thanks. I'm betting that windows blocks the MCE specific buttons, and the mce remote plugin doesn't work with my remote because it is rf not ir so eventghost is looking for something that isn't there. I wonder if there is a way to get eventghost to see the buttons windows is blocking?

EDIT: Found it. I just had to add the other hid gyration devices. Although, some of the buttons still aren't there. I don't think they are for pc functions though. Thanks for the help.
