WHS HD200 plan will this work

I have a older computer I am going to make a WHS. I currently run a vista media center machine. The machine specs
Athlon 3700+
2 gig ram
2 1.5 tb drives
Hauppage MCE150 (sdtv for now)
Nvidia 7600gs

I am working up a plan so I can place the whs where ever i want, and use a extender to access my movies, music and tv.

I ordered a USB uirt (because when I evaluated sagetv in the past, it seemed more compatible with this blaster).
I own a Harmony 880.

For now the plan is SDTV but it is not long for HDTV. That is why I am leaning towards this extender. I see in the requirements it states an HD tuner, will my current tuner work?

What I am interested in is:
Watching tv and having dvr capabilities (using the HD200 connected to my sage server via a hardwire connection.
Watching my DVD's and music that have been ripped to the harddisk.
I will probably add certain plug ins (com skip, one called Favorites for favorite channels, I would love to the netflix plugin work).

Do you see anything else I might require.

Do you know of any screenshots (in depth, of the tv, movies etc) that i could look at?

Thanks

You will need a new tuner for capture and playback of HD. I use comskip with my HD200 connected to my WHS and it works fine. Can't comment on the other plug ins.

For HD I will need a new tuner but for SD i will be fine correct? My main concern is will the tuner work with the HD200. I have a older 4x3 hdtv (cannot stand the black bars on it, so I use it for SDTV). This TV will be replaced sometime this year with a 46 Samsung A650. I am transitioning before I replace the tv.

A question that I just thought of?
The hd200 will change the channel via ethernet, correct? I don't need to come uo with some type of ir distribution correct? I just need the computer and the usb-uirt (correct)

So I know you can customize the sagetv menu. If I customize it on the headless whs server, is that the tv menu I would see on the hd200?
