IR recording reruns of a favorite

Am I setting something up wrong here? Sage IR has decided it is going to start recording reruns of one of my wifes favorites, if I mark it don't like will it a) still record her favorite and b) reschedule it later because we are watching it again?

I.E. she has Desperate Housewives scheduled to record first runs on any channel, keep at most 2 and auto delete set to yes. Under Intelligent Suggestions I know have 3 airings of Desperate Housewives scheduled all on ABC between 1 and 3 am.....

IR will pick up non-Favorites of the same show, so yes, it can pick up the reruns. If you've seen the rerun episodes, you can mark them as Watched & they won't get recorded again unless they only have generic EPG info instead of unique info for each episode.

What I did for the Daily Show reruns was set up a Fav for Reruns-only, told it to record only 1, not auto-delete it, then configured late start/early end padding so only a few minutes of the show will get recorded. It then recorded 1 rerun and never records another.
