Audio loss on HDHR

Hi all,

I'm testing Sage out using the latest version (6.4.8.1) and an HDHomeRun with the latest firmware. I've run into an issue a few times where the HDHomeRun will record/show the video but not the sound. It seems related to changing channels.

As an example, I was just watching live TV without any issues. Sage asked me if it was OK to change channels to record an upcoming program, and I answered yet. A few moments later, the channel changed to the program to record. I saw the picture, but no sound. I let the program record in its entirety, and tried playing back the program -- no sound. I tried playing it in VLC, again no audio (and VLC hung about 5 seconds in, I had to skip ahead).

A second program was recording at the same time -- that one has audio and seems to work just fine.

Any thoughts anyone?

OTA or QAM?

(not that I really have any answers for you, either way....)

I'm currently using OTA, but I've noticed the issue on both OTA and QAM. (Turns out I still get HD locals over cable even on the Internet only package, but I have more variety over the air.)
