No Listing for Comcast on channel lineup -- Help

Hi All,

I no longer have a listing for Comcast when I try and setup my video sources. Here is what I did.

I had 2 PVR-500 (4 tuners in all) installed and working perfectly. Comcast is doing some changes in Feb so I decided to update my system. I removed the 2 500 cards (and removed the drivers to reduce hassel) and installed an HVR-2250 with updated drivers from Hauppauge. Using their stuff (WinTV) it worked great. Got all 61 analog channels + twice as many digital ones. Sage saw it as a WinTV-7164 and was buggy. So I was going to save that for later on a different thread. I then installed one of the 500 and configured it to work with Sage. It works fine except for now I get no listing for Comcast in my channel lineup. It gives me a choice of Dish, DirectTV, and some Wiley thing (I have no idea what that is).

How do I get Comcast back?

Hey, this is exactly what's happening to me. I just switched my OTA antenna to a cable feed but I only get the same 3 choices. Maybe there is something wrong with the server where SAGE gets the lineup and provider info.

Thanks for the heads up. I now have one of my 500 cards back up and running. The 2250 has issues. I'll do some more digging on that one.
