Why no SageTV Linux Client
I really would like to think about dumping Microsoft. I have a few instances where I would like to use a PC running Linux with a client instead of the placeshifter in order to play DVDs. It is a Java client, what am I missing?

I don't like that the Linux Server can't have a DVD player. I am running into a few things that bother me about the placeshifter solution.
Worst thing is I bought the media server windows version. Decided to switch to Linux version and paid for that. No matter what I do I can't seem to get Sage to do exactly what I want. Pretty sad for me. Wasting so much money. |
