How do I get AVIVO installed?

I have a Gigabyte 790GX ATX mobo using the onboard HD3300 HDMI out. For the life of me I can't seem to find the AVIVO codec. I used to have an ATI theater 550 pro and I noticed that the driver pack for that on the ATI site has the AVIVO codec listed but when I download it and try to custom install it's not even listed. I had it on my PC on one point but I don't know how. I did a clean install and after reinstalling everything (minus the ati theater pro) no more AVIVO anywhere.

Usually the latest driver with the full install has it. If not there are links on the site that break the download out and one of them is avivio.

This thread give a link to a package that has it. It appears to be a seperate install than the driver package.

I was looking at that AVIVO package and the description just said something about a converter so I didn't think that was it. I installed it though and I got it, so thank you for the help.

EDIT: I was trying to see if I could get Vector adaptive deinterlacing, but after adding the avivo codec it seems I have went from having bob,weave,adaptive as choices to only bob or weave. Anyone have thoughts on how I get the VA deinterlacing option.
