Installed HD4670, now no audio in Sage (only) on Vista32

What changed and the problem it caused.
Just installed a new HIS HD4670 in my server and now SageTV does not output audio. All other apps such as VLC, WM10, ArcSoft TME, and Video ReDo, work fine. I also looked at the flow in graph edit and it works there too.

What I tried--each audio filter available.
I tried re-installing ArcSoft, which I'm using for the audio and video. If change that to use Sage video and audio, i get no picture and not sound. That is on SD MPG--I didn't try on HD media. I also tried AC3Filter, etc and all no audio.

What I tried--each audio renders available.
Then I tried each of the Renders (actually did this first and last). I went through each option which are:
Default
Speakers (realtek HD)
Default DirectSound Device
Default WaveOut Device
DirectSound: Realtek Digital Output (no surprise this didn't work)
DirectSound: Speakers (Realtec HD)
Realtek Digital Output (no surprise this didn't work)

What you can do--Please Help
I'm not using the HDMI Audio feature yet and i have it disabled. I am running Vista32, I have an HDHR, HD-PVR and a PVR250. All files work in stated apps, but not in Sage.

Ok, i don't know which one of these steps fixed it but:

I uninstalled then reinstalled both ArcSoft and the Realtec Audio drivers and then I repaired the Sage install. Now all is working.

Btw, in the above post I did not re-install ArcSoft I just repaired it.
