New install won't find tuner

Hi,
I'm converting from VMC and running into a problem setting up sources. I have a Hauppage 1800, Avermedia A180 and R5000 Dish 211. The Hauppauge and R5000 set up fine but Sage does not see the A180 at all. I've removed and reinstalled the A180 driver and everything looks good in the Device Manager. Both tuners were working fine in VMC.

Any ideas?
