Comskip h.264

I am considering making a donation to get the h.264 version of comskip, but I am not sure I will be able to get it to work. I posted a message on the comskip forum and erik indicated that I just need to have libavcodec.dll and libfaad2.dll working and all should be good. I know I can install both of those in their linux variant but not sure if wine will be able to work with the dll's. does anyone have any experience setting this up or have suggestions on where to start?

It has not worked in wine for me. I would be interested in knowing if you get it to work or not. Otherwise, if someone with more spare time than I can compile mythtv's commflag in standalone mode. It can run in 64-bit too

I just posted another message to erik on the comskip forum. I am able to get comskip to run, I used winetricks to get vcrun2008 installed. whenever I try and process a h264 file I get a stack dump on libavcodec. I will let you know if I get this working.
