Timecode problem with 6.4.8

Has anyone noticed a timecode problem when transcoding mpeg files to an ipod mpeg4 format. I loaded the newly released 6.4.8 version of SageTv last week and proceded to record my usual shows for the last week. Went to transcode them today and could not get the transcoded files to the selected start and end points. Didn't seem to matter if I used sage or Windows media player to come up with the start and end points I used in the conversions as they consistently started before and ended after my selected time points.Rebooted the system and tried againg with the same results. Booted the system using my old system disk that has sage 6.2.10 installed and the conversions came out perfect. When I installed 6.4.8 I did it as an upgrade over a ver 6.2.10 that was working correctly ( no converting problems).
