Anyone have a script tp restart client ?
Hiya
I occasionally have playback problems when resuming from standby, a restart of the GUI fixes it (Which means dragging out the keyboard) Does anyone have a script or something so I can add a dynamic menu option to restart the GUI ? I'm using service mode if that matters. Thanks

You can use the sage sendmessage. Below you will find batch file that closes SageClient and Sagetv and restarts it.
cd "C:\Program Files\SageTV\SageTV" c: SendMessage.exe -c SageClientApp -n SageWin -m 16 0 0 start SageTVClient.exe If you want to close sageclient on the server use this. cd "C:\Program Files\SageTV\SageTV" c: SendMessage.exe -c SageApp -n SageWin -m 16 0 0 start SageTV.exe

Not sure if this will be of any use - its an adapter vbscript which restarts usb devices and the sagetv gui when the pc comes out of standby. You may need to edit it to suit your needs and put it in your startup folder.
