Suitable system for DVB-S2 server?

Putting together a system from old parts I have laying around. Wanted to check it will be a suitable system before building and setting it up.

Aiming to use this system as a SageTV server but I also want to be able to watch TV on it. Won't be running anything else on this system.

AMD Athlon 64 3200+
2GB Corsair Memory
MSI Neo 2 Platinum
Sapphire Radeon X1950Pro
Maxtor 40GB Hard Disk (Windows XP + SageTV installation only)
Samsung SpinPoint F1 1TB (Storage - 64k block size)
Hauppauge NOVA-T-500
Hauppauge NOVA-HD-S2
Antec case and 430watt PSU

I'm in the UK. So will be wanting to be able to watch/record Freeview and Freesat. Likely to have 1 person watching Freesat and 2 watching Freeview during weekday evenings.

Will this system be up to the task?

Cheers.

You might be able to get by with standard def. on that maybe, but I'm not sure about HD. I'm not familiar with your video card, but unless you can offload the decoding to it's GPU I don't think this system will work. I have a quad core Q6600 on my Sage server, which is probably a little beyond the minimum requirements, and watch DVB-S2 both on my server and an HD extender. My server has an Nvidia 8600 card which does decoding for viewing at the server.

One disclaimer, I'm in the U.S. so I'm not sure if the DVB-S2 signals you're watching have the same specs. or not, but I suspect they're pretty similar.
