Unable to get remote to work
Hello all! I'm an apparently stupid newbie here! I've installed SageTV and have everything working except for the remote.
I'm running XP Pro on my computer & I'm using the Hauppauge WinTV -PVR USB2 Media center kit with the MCE remote that comes with it. Am I just spinning my wheels needlessly because I don't have XP Media Center Edition installed or can I really get this to work in XP pro? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I've been screwing around with this for the last 6 hours with no success!

Since you are on XP, make sure you read this post and download the hotfix :
