Best quality S-Video/coax Capture card

Ok, I have searched and can't find a good answer.

I have 2 SD satelite boxes I want to capture SD from. I currently have 1 HVR-1600, which has 2 capture devices. I am using 1 for OTA and the other for 1 SD satelite box.

I need to add another device to capture either coax SD or S-Video SD. Generally S-video is better however when I use the S-Video port on my 1600 it does not capture very well. The picture is not sharp and sometimes pixelates.

So my main concern is the best quality I can get from SD. What is the best analog capture card?



As a side note I have HD covered. I have a 3rd HD satelite box that is waiting on it's HD-PVR (sometime in July). I also have a HDHR for OTA.

Nvidia made a really good card. Only works in Windows. Which is too bad because my two now sit in the closet :/
